Marvin Palencia, 47, died on September 13, 2022, while he was held at Federal Correctional Institution Oakdale I in Oakdale, Louisiana. The Federal Bureau of Prisons said he was found unresponsive early that Tuesday morning and could not be revived. The bureau said no staff members or other people were in danger. It has not stated a cause of death.
