Martin Harvey

Martin Harvey, a man of about sixty, died at the jail at Lincoln, Illinois, on May 18, 1889. According to the Canton Register, he threw himself from the platform around the upper tier of cells and fell onto the stone floor below. The paper describes his death as a suicide.
