Marshall Stewart IV
Marshall Stewart IV, 38, died on September 16, 2021, at the Shawnee County Adult Detention Center in Topeka, Kansas. The Shawnee County Department of Corrections said he was found in the facility's dayroom suffering an apparent heart attack and was taken to Stormont-Vail hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The Kansas Bureau of Investigation is investigating his death under state law, and the county Department of Corrections is also reviewing it.
