Marquell Underwood
Marquell Underwood, 22, died on February 23, 2020, while held at Easterling Correctional Facility in Barbour County, Alabama. The Alabama Department of Corrections said he was found unresponsive in his cell, and that staff were unable to save him. The department said his death is being investigated as a possible suicide, pending an autopsy.
