Marlene Yarnall, 49, of Bensalem, died on March 22, 2014, on her third day of heroin detox at the Bucks County prison. An autopsy found that she died of a fatal cardiac arrest during detox. The PhillyBurbs reported that her heart problems were known and that, under the jail's medical watch protocol, no one checked her vital signs for about three hours before medical staff arrived.
