Mark Witkowski
Mark Witkowski, 46, was held at the Jefferson County Detention Facility in Colorado. Deputies found him in his cell with a ligature around his neck, and he was taken to St. Anthony Hospital, where he died on Sunday, June 4, 2017. Jefferson County Sheriff's Office spokesman Mark Techmeyer said the death was self-inflicted. The coroner had not yet determined the cause and manner of death.
