Mark Rafter
Mark Rafter, 52, died on March 17, 2019, at Franklin Medical Center, the state prison medical treatment facility in Columbus, Ohio, where he was being held. The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction said his death was medically expected, that foul play was not suspected, and that he died of natural causes. A prison spokesperson, Sara French, made that statement to Cleveland.com, which reported it on April 16, 2019.
