Died in jail or a lockup
Mark Leon Dishman
Mark Leon Dishman, 58, of Tampa, was held at the Pinellas County Jail in Clearwater from December 2018. In October 2020 he was taken to a local hospital for a pre-existing health condition and then moved to hospice care, where he died on October 29. The medical examiner's office said it will conduct an autopsy to determine the cause and manner of death, which have not been established.
