Mark Hopkinson
Mark Hopkinson, 42, was executed by lethal injection at the Wyoming State Penitentiary on January 22, 1992, the state's first execution in 26 years. He maintained until his death that he did not order the killing, and the article notes that no one has been brought to justice for that killing.
