Margaret Tamang
Margaret Tamang, 42, died on September 8, 2021, after being held at the Pinellas County jail in Florida. The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office said she had a medical episode inside the jail and was taken to Largo Medical Center, where her condition rapidly declined and she was pronounced dead about 11 p.m. The agency said she had multiple pre-existing health conditions and that her death did not appear to be related to a coronavirus outbreak among people held at the jail.
