Marcus Powell
Marcus Powell, 66, of York, Pennsylvania, died on December 13, 2018, at WellSpan York Hospital while in the custody of York County Prison. He had been receiving several weeks of medical treatment at the hospital. The York County Coroner's Office said he suddenly lost consciousness during care and did not respond to resuscitation attempts. Pennsylvania State Police are investigating under standard protocol, and the coroner's office said foul play is not suspected; an autopsy was scheduled for the following day.
