Marco Allen Chapman, 37, was executed by lethal injection at the Kentucky State Penitentiary in Eddyville in November 2008. According to WLKY, corrections officers gave updates on his last day, describing how he read the Bible, watched television, handwrote notes and ate a last meal. Media witnesses said he was pronounced dead at 7:33 p.m. after the drugs were administered. In a final statement, he apologized.
