Mannuel Perez
The Texas Attorney General's custodial death report lists Mannuel Perez as dying on September 29, 2023, while held at the Bexar County Jail. KABB reported that a 33-year-old man was found unresponsive in his cell at the Bexar County Adult Detention Center on a Friday morning, during observation checks.
