Makiland Grae Harris

Makiland Grae Harris was 23 years old and was held at the Idaho State Correctional Institution. A correctional officer found him hanging in his cell on a Thursday evening in late June 2020. He was taken to a Boise hospital and removed from life support the following Saturday. Idaho Department of Correction spokesman Jeff Ray said the death was an apparent suicide, and authorities are investigating.
