Madison Sall
Madison Sall, 45, of Chico, died at the Butte County Jail in Oroville on January 9, 2022. According to the Butte County Sheriff's Office, he was found unconscious and not breathing in his bed during a routine safety check. He had been housed at the jail for several months while undergoing extensive medical treatment. The sheriff's office said there was no sign of trauma or suicide, and an autopsy by the Sacramento County Coroner's Office was pending to determine the cause of death.
