Madeleine Gene Richardson, 19, of Kingwood, Texas, died on July 6, 2013, at College Station Medical Center after being taken there from the Washington County Jail. Washington County deputies said they noticed she was shaking and appeared ill before taking her to the hospital. Authorities said she had swallowed a bag of methamphetamine, and the Texas Attorney General's custodial death report lists her death as occurring while she was held at the Washington County Jail.
