Luther Wade
Luther Wade, 26, of Springfield, Ohio, died after being attacked by his cellmate at Lebanon Correctional Institution in Turtlecreek Township, Warren County. According to prosecutors, the cellmate told investigators he struck Wade in the head with a cinder block taken from the cell wall. Officials said the cellmate then notified a corrections officer.
