Luther Taylor
Luther Taylor, 28, of Avon Lake, died on September 11, 2023, while held at the Lorain County Correctional Facility in Ohio. The Lorain County Sheriff's Office said he was found unresponsive, and that correctional staff, medical staff, Elyria fire and Life Care tried to save him. The sheriff's office said it is investigating, and the coroner's office said it would perform an autopsy to determine the cause and manner of death, which remain pending.
