Luis Romero
Luis Romero, 44, was found dead in his cell at a California state prison by security staff during a morning check. Kings County Assistant District Attorney Phil Esbenshade said Romero's cellmate attacked him and that he bled to death. The cellmate has been charged, and the case is being prosecuted.
