Luis Hocog, 41, died while held at the Department of Corrections Post 16 facility in Mangilao, Guam. According to DOC Director Tony Lamorena, he was found unresponsive in his cell on a Friday night and was taken to Guam Regional Medical City, where he was pronounced dead shortly after midnight on September 22, 2018. Police and the DOC Internal Affairs Unit are investigating the death. No cause of death has been released.
