Luis Garza

Luis Garza, 53, was held at the Wynne Unit in Huntsville, a Texas Department of Criminal Justice prison. On April 15, 2020, he was taken to Hospital Galveston with a bone infection, where he tested positive for COVID-19 and was moved to intensive care. He died at the hospital on April 19, 2020. Preliminary autopsy results pointed to COVID-19 as the cause of his death.
