Luis Carlos López Jr.
Luis Carlos Lopez Jr., 21, of Safford, was found unresponsive in his cell at the Graham County Adult Detention Facility on October 20, 2018. He was taken to Mt. Graham Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. The Graham County Sheriff's Office said it is conducting a death investigation, and no official cause of death had been reported in the accounts available.
