Lucia Hernandez-Alvarez
Lucia Hernandez-Alvarez died at the Kenosha County Jail Pre-Trial Facility, where she was held before trial. Shortly before 7 a.m. on November 2, 2016, she was found in her bed not breathing and without a pulse. Correctional officers, jail medical staff and the Kenosha Fire Department responded, and she was pronounced dead. The Racine County Sheriff's Office said preliminary autopsy results point to suicide, and that the investigation is ongoing.
