Lucas Faulkner

Lucas Allen Faulkner, 25, died at University Hospitals in Iowa City in late February 2015. Staff found him unresponsive in his cell at the Iowa Medical and Classification Center in Coralville the night before, and he was taken to the hospital by ambulance. The Iowa Department of Corrections said autopsy results attributed his death to blocked arteries in his lungs, a natural cause.
