Louis Whittaker

Louis Whittaker was held in the jail at Gadsden, Florida. According to a Columbus, Georgia dispatch printed in the Stark County Democrat on April 28, 1881, masked men took him from the jail and hanged him. Two other papers repeated the account on May 5, 1881, in brief items.
