Louis Michael Flores
Louis Michael Flores, 51, of Goliad, died on August 25, 2016 while held at the Goliad County Jail in Texas. According to the Goliad County Sheriff's Office, jail staff found him unresponsive in his cell during rounds, and medics found no signs of life before a Justice of the Peace pronounced him dead around 2:45 a.m. The sheriff's office said he had been checked about 15 minutes earlier and had not reported any illness or injury. The Texas Rangers investigated and an autopsy was ordered; the cause and manner of death were still pending in the reports available.
