Loretta Foster
Loretta Foster, 55, was brought to the Central Regional Jail in Flatwoods, West Virginia, on the morning of March 21, 2020. The Department of Military Affairs and Public Safety said she was found unresponsive in the booking area around noon and was pronounced dead that day. The department said the death is under investigation and that the cause will be released after the state chief medical examiner's findings.
