Lisa Harding
Lisa Harding, 38, lived in a sober living house, where friends remember her as assertive, eccentric and kind, with "the kindest heart." They said she was trying to overcome a substance addiction and "kept trying." She died on the morning of Friday, February 23, 2024, in the jail section of Madison's City County Building, where she was held at the Dane County Jail. Dane County Sheriff Kalvin Barrett said she was found unresponsive. Madison Police are investigating her death, and her friends said they were shocked by it.
