Linda Spencer
Linda Spencer, 50, died on June 9, 2016, while in the custody of the Polk County Jail in Iowa. According to KCCI, she collapsed inside the jail, and jail staff and medical personnel revived her before she was pronounced dead at a Des Moines hospital. The Polk County Sheriff's Office and the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation are investigating the death, and its manner has not been determined.
