Lincoln William Charles Baker, 59, died on the morning of January 11, 2019, in the infirmary at Oregon State Penitentiary, where he was receiving hospice care. The Oregon Department of Corrections reported his death. The Oregon State Police and the Medical Examiner will investigate to determine the cause.
