Levy Castro-Zantiso, 54, died on January 30, 2026, while held at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Oakdale I in Allen Parish, Louisiana, a federal prison. The Federal Bureau of Prisons said staff found him unresponsive on the evening of his death. He was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The Bureau of Prisons has not released a cause of death, and the FBI has been notified.
