Leroy Earp
Leroy Earp, 77, was held at the Oregon State Penitentiary. He was taken to a hospital in the Salem area for medical care on August 15, 2017, and became unresponsive there. He died the following Monday afternoon, August 21, 2017. The Oregon Department of Corrections said his death appears to be from natural causes, and Oregon State Police are investigating.
