Leopoldo Montoya
Leopoldo Montoya, 65, died on July 23, 2023, while held at the Wyoming Medium Correctional Institution in Torrington, Wyoming. The Wyoming Department of Corrections announced the death in a press release and said an autopsy would be conducted to determine the cause. The department said it does not release protected health information. No cause of death has been given.
