Leo Disbrow
Leo Disbrow, 35, died on February 27, 2018, at a local hospital after he began showing signs of an overdose while held at the Chemung County Jail in New York. Chemung County Sheriff Christopher Moss said Leo had swallowed a narcotic during a search of his housing unit. Officers did not know he had swallowed it at the time, according to the sheriff's office. The sheriff's Criminal Investigation Division is looking into the death.
