Leo Angel Luna
Leo Angel Luna died on March 6, 2010, while held at the Connally Unit, a Texas state prison in Karnes County. Texas Department of Criminal Justice spokeswoman Michelle Lyons said officials found him hanging in his cell early on a Saturday, with a bed sheet attached to the cell door, and that he was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital shortly afterward. Lyons said he had been housed separately from other people held at the unit and that the death was classified as a suicide.
