Lee Hall
Lee Hall was executed by electrocution by the state of Tennessee on the evening of December 5, 2019, at Riverbend Maximum Security Institution in Nashville. Sources say correctional officers kept him under around-the-clock observation in a room beside the execution chamber in the days before. After his appeals failed, the governor declined to intervene. Advocates held prayer vigils opposing the execution, and witnesses, including relatives of the victim, gave statements afterward.
