Lee Alfredo Villalpando, 35, was held at the Archer County Jail in Texas from May 2020. He was taken to a hospital on September 6, 2021, and granted a personal recognizance bond, and he was released from jail custody on September 17. He died on September 21 in Wichita Falls, according to his obituary. His obituary does not give a cause of death.
