Leana Conrady
Leana Conrady, a 32-year-old woman from Reno, was held at the Plumas County Correctional Facility in California, where she died on October 30, 2022. The Plumas County Sheriff's Office and the Lassen County District Attorney's Office, in a joint investigation, said she died by suicide by hanging with a bed sheet and that foul play is not suspected. Correctional officers began life-saving efforts, which medical personnel continued, but she was pronounced dead at the scene. Her death was reported by KRXI2 on October 31, 2022.
