Latonya McKenzie
Latonya McKenzie was 44 and worked as a driver for people with disabilities. While held at the DeKalb County Jail in Georgia in July 2021, she became dehydrated and weak, and she was taken to Emory Decatur Hospital, where she died of AIDS, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Her death was left out of Georgia's reports to the U.S. Justice Department.
