Larry Turner Jr.
Larry Turner Jr., 32, was an aspiring rapper in Casper's rap scene and the father of a daughter; his parents and his daughter's mother are among the family bringing suit. He died in the Natrona County jail in March 2012, and the family's attorney says the cause was a drug overdose and that the death was a suicide. The attorney says jail staff ignored him for about 24 hours in violation of jail policy and that the health intake assessment was inadequate.
