Larry Miller
Larry Miller died on June 9, 2014, while held at Crossroads Correctional Center in Cameron, Missouri. Officials say two other people held there stabbed him to death while correctional officers were not around. His sister, Maria Miller, has spent more than ten years seeking accountability for his death and founded Our Lives Matter in St. Louis. A proposed oversight law would be named for him.
