Larry Joseph Roberts
Larry Joseph Roberts, 64, of Bemidji, died of COVID-19 on December 4, 2020, at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester while held in the Minnesota state prison system. The Minnesota Department of Corrections said he was the sixth person in the state prison system to die of the disease and the third from the Faribault prison. Corrections Commissioner Paul Schnell said his death was a sad reminder of the pandemic's impact. State officials said his family, friends and others would miss him.
