Larry Brown
Larry Brown, 42, was held at Bullock Correctional Facility in Union Springs, Alabama. His family says he was struck in the head in an attack inside the prison in early April 2021 and died about a month later, in May. The family says they learned he was on life support only on their own, and their attorney, Julian McPhillips, calls the death a murder and a cover-up and has announced legal action against the Alabama Department of Corrections. The department confirmed the death and said an investigation is underway.
