Kyung Pil Chang
Kyung Pil Chang, 55, worked at the Annandale Gerontology Clinic. He was found dead in his cell at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center in Fairfax, Virginia, on March 29, 2022. According to a medical examiner's report, as reported by NBC4 Washington, he died by suicide. Officials said he was housed alone under COVID-19 protocols and was not identified as high risk. Fairfax County police and the sheriff's office are investigating his death.
