Kyle Combs
Kyle Combs, 28, died on October 26, 2016, while held at the Fulton County Detention Center in Fulton County, Kentucky. The cause was claimed to be an overdose, and the Kentucky State Police said so in its account of the death. In May 2019, a Fulton County grand jury indicted four people in connection with his death, including a former corrections officer, and the investigation was described as ongoing with warrants for three of those indicted not yet served.
