Krista Mitchell
Krista Mitchell, 28, of Sandusky, died at the Ottawa County Jail on March 27, 2017. The Ottawa County Sheriff's Office said an officer doing a routine cell check found her hanging in her cell, opened the door and tried to resuscitate her before she was taken to Magruder Hospital, where she was pronounced dead. The sheriff's office has not given a cause or manner of death in the reporting.
