Kody Swearngin
Kody Swearngin, 32, of Yakima, was held at Clallam Bay Corrections Center, a state prison in Washington. On August 13, 2023, staff found him in his cell showing signs of a drug overdose. Investigators with OPNET Detectives say a visitor passed him a package that he swallowed, and a preliminary test of its contents was positive for methamphetamine.
