Kevin Tyler Caldwell, 24, died on September 24, 2019, while held at the Lynchburg Adult Detention Center in Lynchburg, Virginia. According to a local news report, he was found unresponsive inside the jail that morning and taken to Lynchburg General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
