Kevin Scott Keene
Kevin Scott Keene, 55, was being held at the Clay County Jail in Florida. The sheriff's office said he told staff on July 25 that he was having chest pains and was taken by ambulance to a local hospital as a precaution. On the evening of July 27 he collapsed in his room after what the sheriff's office called an apparent medical emergency, and his death was announced the next day. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement will investigate and the Medical Examiner's Office will perform an autopsy, so the cause and manner of death are not yet determined.
