Kevin Randall Weldon
Kevin Randall Weldon, 57, died in July 2018 while held at the Caddo Parish Correctional Center in Louisiana. According to the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office, his cellmate found him unresponsive after returning from court and alerted deputies. The sheriff's office, through spokeswoman Cindy Chadwick, said its investigation was ongoing, that no suspicious circumstances had been noted, and that autopsy results were expected in four to six weeks. The cause and manner of his death remain pending.
